As a Realtor and a Property Manager of 68 homes, 5-Ash Roofing is the roofing company I call first! They are quick to respond to emergencies, they have skilled employees, and they reasonably price their work. They work quickly, clean up the work area, and are pleasant to owners and tenants. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs good roof work, whether it is commercial or residential.

I have been remodeling my home for some time now. I have had my run ins with shifty contractors trying to take advantage and do sub standard work and over change. 5ash roofing is not one of those. They replaced my roof, excellent quality, superior craftsmanship, and attention to detail. They put down tarps to make sure no nails made it into my yard. They cleaned up, sweeping my sidewalks and front porch. It was cleaner when they left than before they got there. They next day they called me, my first thought were, “here is the additional amount I owe”. No problem, they did an excellent job. The materials came in cheaper than the original quote. They wanted me to come by and pick up a check for the overage. That is a five star contractor in my book.

cannot say enough about 5ASH Roof Services. I explained that a skylight had started to leak. Rob responded promptly, explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate to replace the skylight and surrounding shingles. His exceptional knowledge of roofing materials provided a perfect match with the 12 year old roof. The work was done within two days by a very competent crew. I could not be happier with the results.

I invested in a roof 2019 with them. I meet with the oldest son after speaking to the Dad. They were higher than two and lower than one and I am so glad that I chose them! You never knew how good a company is until you meed them. Had minor storm damage call to inquire about repair and they were patching the area to prevent leaks and soon repaired. I have now spoken with both sons and father and could not be more pleased. You pay for what you get I expect if you chose 5 Ash you will be gratefully when time is needed.
